The Fall Heritage Festival is a celebration of life in the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau, engaging regional communities through the educational and inspirational experience of history, music, arts, and civic involvement.

The Festival is free to the public, and made possible by the generous donations from regional businesses and individuals.

Held in Cowan, TN the third weekend of September, the festival includes arts & crafts vendors, food, and music.  
Fireworks both Friday and Saturday at 9:00 pm.

Exactly where is the Festival held? Festival will be held on Tennessee Avenue and Front Street, either side of the Railroad Tracks in Cowan, TN. If you are coming from out-of-town, please set your GPS for 101 Cumberland St East, Cowan, TN. (Intersection of Cumberland St and Tennessee Ave.) or Cowan Railroad Museum, 108 Front Street South, Cowan, TN.

What do I need to bring? Bring lawn chairs for music performances.
DO NOT BRING ANY COOLERS OR PETS

Can I bring my dog? (or bird, or snake, or any other pet?)
Pets of any kind are not allowed on the Festival grounds, with the exception of Certified Assistance Animals.

Can I ride my bicycle or skateboard? Due to pedestrian traffic, bicycles and skateboards are not allowed on Festival grounds.

When are the Fireworks? Friday and Saturday nights at 9 pm.

How much does it cost? Fall Heritage Festival is free to the public through the generous donations of our Sponsors.
